I can build from your existing plans or work with you to develop a design of your living spaces, both inside & out.I will then personally turn my attention to making those plans a reality.I specialise in alterations and additions, which are sympathetic to the original building, while providing spaces suited to a modern lifestyle.I also construct landscapes which flow seamlessly with the home & provide useful outdoor living spaces.

Design Process / Council Approval

Working with you, I can develop initial drawings and CAD designs if nessesary to develop the right design for your home, which will provide you with the lifestyle you require at the budget available.I can then organise the required engineering and other council requirements to obtain council approval.A detailed costing of the project can be provided at this stage, and if you are agreeable we can move on to the construction of your new home.

The Construction Process

I build quality rather than quantity, primarily working on one project at a time.This means I will be on site during the build of your home, and through hands-on work, I will develop an intimate knowledge of every aspect of your building, preventing mistakes which happen too often in this industry.You wont have to answer your door to tradies, asking questions about the project.I aim to give you a relaxed, and enjoyable building experience, without problems during or after the construction.
