This is a little gem with the best view across the water from each of the waterside rooms. The new owners are currently refurbishing. the rooms are a good size and have all the facilities you require. Cleanliness is very good. Its not a five start property but it is a most welcoming and safe place run by an attentive family. Coles and good eateries are in walking distance. It will become our regular stop on our way further north. We know there will always be continued improvements and other great features to enjoy when we return.

Beautiful location on the lake. Well maintained grounds, however our townhouse had this distinctive smell that despite spending 2 days in it we could not get used to it. Not sure what it was exactly, but could recognise incest repellent and perhaps old carpet smell. The main pool had significant amount of duck poo surrounding it and smaller amount inside the pool. The kids pool had a dead duckling stuck in the filter. We moved to one of their other pools next to the tennis courts which was not much better. Had murky green water. For that price we expected clean facilities. We were told that normally their pools are kept clean, but if you don't have your pools clean on Saturday morning then when exactly do you have them cleaned? I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but could tell that the duck poo around the pool was not all fresh. It wasn't just a one time miss. You can see that at one point in time this must have been a stunning resort.

A lovely coastal township. Shopping centre has range of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and fast food options. Plenty of lovely beaches and bays around to explore - both ocean and bayside locations. Plenty of places to swim, walk, ride or relax outdoors and enjoy the water and beautiful weather.

Access to the lake and beaches. Facilities at swansea are pretty limited, but Belmont and othwr great locations around Lake Macquarie are only a couole of minutes away. Swansea RSL bistro and bar are worth a visit.

We enjoyed the local area, quiet & easy to explore. The beaches near by were fabulous, great swimming, scenery & walks. We liked Seed for lunch, healthy, homemade options & friendly staff.

Beautiful views, beaches and atmosphere were great. Visited the breakpoint at blacksmiths, belmont and caves beach. Stayed in belmont and in caves beach in a villa which was amazing. Had lunch and dinner at caves beach.
