The river inlet area was a beautiful area of Nambucca. There is a tavern a short walk from the property, as well as a café and RSL Club that has a nice restaurant with great views. The boardwalk and waterfront is a very popular area for tourists and locals. There is a Woolworths supermarket located a short drive from the property. Some very nice scenic lookouts around the area and a nice golf club.

Only stayed overnight and the weather was not favourable for exploring the town. Ate lunch at the RSL club but most of the club facilities were under renovation. Have visited Nambucca heads before and enjoyed our stay. Ideal place for young people and families.

The town had everything you needed. The RSL had nice meals and plenty of entertainment. The rocks was a nice place to visit with activities like fishing, walking, relaxing, BBQ's, Beautiful scenery. The town was quite hilly, not suited to walk around the town but driving was fine. Surrounding beaches were beautiful. Taylors arm was about 30 minutes from Nambucca Heads where the pub with no beer is. This was a great place to sit and enjoy the sun and a great lunch. The small church there was also a bit of history for the pub. The staff there were wonderful. Nambucca Heads is a beautiful place where you could stay for a great holiday, highly recommended and the weather was wonderful too.

The beaches at Nambucca Heads are first class. And there are plenty of great restaurants.. I love Nambucca Heads for a family holiday in a place easily as beautiful as the Byron area.... with a tenth of the tourists. It is also close to the Dorrigo National park for amazing bush walks.
